Mother Earth Is One Giant Spa

Mother Earth is a giant spa. 

Strong words but I firmly believe it.

If I’m feeling stiff or stuck or low in energy, I try my best to get out into nature and breathe wherever that may be. 

On a recent trip to Kerry, (I fully understand why it’s called the Kingdom, it’s wild beauty is mind blowing) I found a little cove and sat on the shoreline to breathe. 

I had the urge to give my body a good scrub in order to dissipate any negative energy on me and to freshen up my skin. I am a firm believer in the phrase “Never leave your longings un-attended” and so in accordance with this longing, I picked up fistfuls of mineral rich sand and scrubbed them all over my body.

I then rinsed myself in the fresh clean sea water and emerged glowing and happy. It had boosted my circulation and revitalised my nervous system.
